This policy explains what data we collect on this site, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).
Who looks after your data

What data we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your request.
- Data you enter in the form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company, business stage, a description of what is getting in the way, budget range and when you want to start.
- Context of the submission: page language, page of origin and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign), when present.
- Browsing data collected by analytics and advertising tools, only if you accept cookies.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in the free text field either.
What we use it for
- Answering your diagnosis request and scheduling the first call.
- Preparing a discovery or other service proposal, when it makes sense for both sides.
- Understanding how the site is used and measuring campaigns, if you accept analytics and advertising cookies.
- Protecting the form against automated submissions and abuse.
Legal basis
Form data is processed for pre-contractual steps at your request (LGPD art. 7, V) and with your consent to be contacted (art. 7, I). Analytics and advertising cookies depend on your consent. Abuse protection relies on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), without storing your IP address: we only use an encrypted version of it, discarded within 2 days.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent data. We only share it with those who need it for the site to work:
- Hosting and email providers, which store the site and deliver messages.
- Google Analytics and Meta, only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies.
- Authorities, when there is a legal obligation or court order.
How long we keep it
Data from people who contacted us and did not become clients is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. After that, it is deleted. If you become a client, your data follows the contract and the periods required by law.
Your rights
At any time and at no cost, you can:
- Confirm whether we process your data and request access to it.
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data.
- Request data portability.
- Know who we share your data with.
- Withdraw consent and request deletion of the data processed based on it.
- File a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Cookies
The site uses one essential cookie to remember your language and your cookie choice. Analytics and advertising cookies only turn on after you click "Accept". Declining does not block any part of the site.

Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection. Form data is stored in a database with no public access, and only authorized Vancouver staff can reach the admin panel, each with an individual password stored in encrypted form.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Relevant changes to how your data is used are communicated to people who are in contact with us.
